Brezz is designed to generate metafield values for your Shopify products and collections.

• You must have an active Shopify store to use the app.
• You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Brezz is a subscription-based app with pricing tiers published on our website and within the app.

• By subscribing, you authorize Shopify to charge your account according to the plan you select.
• Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Overage fees (extra product usage beyond your plan) will be billed monthly.

Product usage limits apply based on your chosen plan.

• 50% of unused product credits roll over to the next month.
• Credits do not accumulate indefinitely and reset according to your plan's rules.

• We collect your store domain, product details, and collection IDs to provide the service.
• We may use anonymized usage data for analytics and marketing.

If you are not satisfied with the generated metafield values, Brezz provides a revert option to undo changes.

You are responsible for reviewing changes before publishing them to your live store.

You may uninstall the app at any time. This will stop further billing and remove our access to your store.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the app, violate Shopify's policies, or breach these Terms.

Brezz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.
• You assume all risks from the use of the app, including how generated data is applied to your store.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brezz and its team are not liable for any damages, including lost profits, arising from use of the app.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 3 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective once posted.

Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the new Terms.
